When Guy and Robyn Bouchard started the Global Group of Companies in 1993, they had a simple belief: property owners deserve a management partner who treats their investment like their own. What began as a small family operation in Kissimmee has grown into one of Central Florida's most trusted names in property management — with 630+ properties under management, 2M+ guests hosted, and 200,000+ families served.
Over three decades, the Bouchards have built a company that covers every aspect of property ownership — from real estate acquisition and vacation rental management to long-term leasing and in-house maintenance. With three offices across Florida, a 60+ person team, and a BBB A+ rating held since 2006, Global's end-to-end approach sets them apart from typical property managers.

Where It Started
Guy Bouchard began his real estate career in sales and marketing with a builder/developer in the Daytona Beach area, laying the foundation for decades of industry expertise.

Global Is Born
Guy and Robyn Bouchard founded the Global Group of Companies in Kissimmee, starting as a small family-run operation focused on vacation home rentals near Walt Disney World.
